N.C.S.A. Membership Meeting Our Membership Meeting is scheduled September 11th at 2:00 PM. Our next Directors meeting is scheduled on Thursday, Sept 1st at 7:00 PM. Meeting dates are posted online at www.ncsaonline.org
Tuesday Work Party at 6:00pm The Archery, Pistol, Trap, Plinking, Rifle Range and grounds need attention. Members who accumulate 10 hours of work time will reduce there membership dues by $20.00. If Tuesday evening is not convenient, arrange a more suitable time to accommodate your schedule. Call Elmer at 731-4535
Save $10.00 on your NRA Membership or Renewal, NCSA receives $10.00 for new NRA Members and $5.00 for each NRA Member renewal using our NCSA Recruiter number. A “JOIN NRA” link is posted on the NCSA Website that will take you to the NRA online Membership page. Hand written NRA applications with postage paid self addressed envelopes will be processed at our Membership Meetings. The NRA application will be completed by our NRA Recruiter or an NCSA Director and mailed in with your $25.00 check. Allow six weeks for conformation.

N.Y.S. Sporter Rifle League starts on August 18th 2011 with five weeks of practice and the first official league match starting September 22nd. We hope to see everyone back along with any new shooters for the 2011/12 Sporter Rifle season. For more info call John at 735-7517.

200yd Offhand Rifle New Match offered to NCSA shooters, this match will start April 2, 2011 and is scheduled on the first Saturday of each month following the 100yd Offhand Match, start time is 11:30 AM. 900 Pistol Match moved to Wednesday night, signup at 5:30 PM the match starting at 6:00 PM. Outdoors you may use any revolver or semi-auto handgun with any caliber you wish. There is a $2.00 fee for the Match and an optional $1.00 (Share the Wealth) an optional $1.00 (I’ll Take It All) drawing. The match consists of: 2 slow fire targets, 1 National Match (slow, timed, and rapid) 2 timed fire targets and 2 rapid fire targets, 90 rounds in all.

Junior Rifle Training Program with certified instructors is intended to teach youths the vital importance of FIREARM SAFETY, at the same time provide the hands on training necessary to build confidence and develop their marksmanship skills. NCSA provides pneumatic “air guns” for children ages 6-12. Junior students’ ages 12-20 may bring there own .22 caliber rifles, but also have the option of using a .22 caliber rifle supplied by N.C.S.A. For more info call Chris 773-7162

NRA Membership/Renewal Join the N.R.A. or renew an N.R.A. membership, your one year N.R.A. dues or renewal fee of $35.00 is reduced to $25.00, you save $10.00. In return, N.C.S.A. receives a commission of $10.00 for new NRA members and $5.00 for any NRA renewal. There is a “print it yourself” link on our home page at (www.ncsaonline.org) after printing and completing the form you can mail it in yourself to the address on the form, You can also secure both a form and an envelope that are available on the bulletin board at NCSA, and likewise mail it in yourself. N.C.S.A. Membership Renewals. Dues were due June 1st. For your convenience we had included a self addressed envelope with a renewal form in our April Newsletter mailing to renew your Membership. We again ask that you please return the renewal with proper payment to the address indicated on the form. Or, you can deposit it the collection box next to the sign in sheet (No cash please). A printable member renewal form is available on our website, www.ncsaonline.org, or you can obtain a renewal form left near the collection box at the club. Indoor Range Access
Anyone wishing to use the indoor range must pay a yearly range fee of $20.00 and
will need to attend a one time range orientation to become familiar with range
equipment, range rules and ammo that can and cannot be used on our range. When
completed, our access control will be programmed to allow you access to the
Indoor Range. The orientation is routinely offered immediately after the
conclusion of our membership meetings, scheduled at 2:00 PM on the second Sunday
of each month, and at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday following the General

Indoor Range Renewal You may renew your Indoor Range access
any time during the year. Your status from any previous year will be considered
verification that you have had the required Indoor Range Orientation Briefing.
If your Indoor Range access has been turned off it will be restored upon receipt
of payment to the Membership Chairman. If you have other questions, please
contact Mike at 695-0090
Membership Applications, We accept applications and provide orientation for new applicants at 12:00 PM sharp, on the day of and prior to our General Membership Meeting held on the second Sunday of each month. We also accept applications and provide orientation at 7 PM sharp on the second Tuesday following our General Membership Meeting. Any exceptions to this schedule will be noted in our monthly calendar. Applicants must obtain a background check from their local Police or Sheriff's department, and must present it at the time of their membership orientation.
